This stoneware mug is a celebration of woodland whimsy, with a band of sketched mushrooms encircling its base. The mossy green glaze that drips from the rim is reminiscent of a forest carpet, making it a vessel that brings the essence of nature to your table. This mug, perfect for sipping your favorite beverage, holds approximately 16 fl. oz. and is hand-thrown using speckled buff clay for an organic, earthy feel.

At this time I do not take custom orders. Custom orders often require making double the amount of pieces in order to account for mishaps in the creative process (throwing, firing, glazing, firing and polishing). This makes the custom work cost-prohibitive to nearly all who inquire. It’s due to this, that I’ve made it a policy not to take custom orders.
No, I do not teach pottery. I can recommend local classes from other studios where you can sign up for hand building or wheel throwing lessons.
